1. Order Processing



  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.






2. Delivery Locations



We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.





3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times



Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if available at checkout)



Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.





4. Shipping Costs



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:


  • Order weight
  • Delivery method selected
  • Delivery address



Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.





5. Age Verification



All orders are subject to age verification. You must be 18 years or older to purchase from 13Vapes. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails age verification.





6. Incorrect Address



Please ensure your shipping address is correct. 13Vapes is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to pay for reshipping.





7. Lost or Delayed Parcels



If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us via our website contact form with your order number.


We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.





8. Damaged Parcels



If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:


  • The packaging
  • The damaged product(s)



We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
